Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations including production, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Develop and mentor mid-level managers to foster accountability, performance, and operational discipline.

  • Develop annual budgets, operational forecasts, and business plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver executive reports to the CEO and Board.

  • Drive initiatives to improve profitability, optimize resource utilization, and manage cost controls.

  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems to integrate and streamline all business functions.

  • Oversee the relaunch of the e-commerce platform and ensure seamless digital customer experience.

  • Drive Torba Market’s transformation into a Food Tech hub with scalable, tech-driven operations.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

  • Support new product launches, market expansion, and partnership development.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for sustainable growth.

  • Manage procurement, production planning, and materials management for efficient output.

  • Ensure adherence to high product quality, safety, and packaging standards.

  • Conduct cost-benefit and performance analyses to improve production efficiency.

  • Ensure superior customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, labor, and health & safety standards.

  • Uphold the company’s commitment to food safety and quality assurance.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, preferably in F&B, Cloud Kitchens or E-Commerce.

  • Proven success in leading multi-functional teams and driving large-scale operational projects.

  • Expertise in supply chain management, ERP implementation, and e-commerce operations.

  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.

  • Proficient in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
