Guest Relations & Booking Manager – Holiday Homes (Airbnb & Booking.com Experienced Only)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Guest Relations & Booking Coordinator who has direct experience managing guest communication for holiday homes or short-term rentals.
Please apply only if you have worked with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar property management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication with guests across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA portals.
• Share check-in and check-out instructions, collect guest IDs, and ensure DTCM compliance.
• Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance teams for guest readiness.
• Respond to guest messages promptly, professionally, and politely.
• Update booking calendars, monitor reviews, and maintain property listing accuracy.
• Support management with daily booking reports and guest feedback follow-up.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in holiday homes / hotel front office / Airbnb guest management (mandatory).
• Strong written and spoken English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
• Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com Extranet, DTCM system, WhatsApp Business, and Gmail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and handle guest issues calmly and professionally.
• Based in Dubai and available to join immediately (preferred).
