Our Facilities Management team is recognised as a leader in delivering high-quality services to a national retail landlord with centres across Australia. Learn and grow and develop your responsibility with a portfolio of six shopping centres.

Who we're looking for?
  • Tertiary qualifications (degree or diploma) in Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction, or a related property discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail environment (preferred).
  • General knowledge of WHS legislation, principles, and practices.
  • Basic understanding of key building services and systems.
  • Valid driver's licence (required for duties across portfolio).
The role

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to manage the safety, compliance, presentation, maintenance, and capital works across your assigned portfolio of shopping centres located in Clempton or Cameron Park. The role will be responsible for the overall operational management of 6 centres within the hub and will be required to travel as required. The role is supported by an Operations Co ordinator.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly presentation and monthly property inspections across all shopping centres, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Act as the primary contact for all technical, maintenance, and operational matters across the retail portfolio.
  • Oversee service providers and contracts, ensuring compliance with technical, risk, and statutory requirements within budget.
  • Manage essential building services such as air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety systems, and develop preventative maintenance programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Monitor sustainability, risk, and compliance targets, including detailed tracking of energy and water consumption.
