Operations Manager

We are a established company specializing in marble, granite and metal cutting services, equipped with two waterjet cutting machines and one 4kW laser cutting machine. We are looking for a Operations Manager to oversee operations and expand our business by securing jobs from the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
Strong sales background in local market.
Manage and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency and quality output.
Oversee waterjet and laser cutting processes for marble and metal.
Handle workforce management and production planning.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Bring new projects and clients from the local market to grow the business.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:
Experience in factory management, preferably in the marble, stone or metal cutting industry.
Ability to bring in local market jobs and expand business opportunities.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Understanding of production planning.
Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
