Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven **Operations Manager** to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. The candidate will ensure smooth execution, high service quality, cost control, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Manage end-to-end operations and optimise processes for efficiency and cost control
• * Lead and supervise operations team; set goals and conduct performance reviews
• * Develop and manage budgets; monitor financial performance and reduce operational costs
• * Implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
• * Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
• * Oversee supply chain, inventory, and vendor coordination
• * Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
• * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• * Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
• * Experience in **Smart Farming, Post-Harvest Management, Commodity Warehousing & Financing, and FPO Market Linkages**
• * Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
• * Good analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills
• * Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma is an advantage
