Operations Manager

We are looking for Operations Manager with minimum of 3 years experienced and with Engineering back ground is an advantage.

An Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a business to ensure they run efficiently and cost-effectively. They serve as a critical bridge between senior leadership and frontline employees, translating strategic goals into actionable daily processes across various departments like HR, Finance,

Core Responsibilities

  • Daily Oversight: Managing workflow, supervising staff, and ensuring that all organizational units contribute to shared goals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and implementing strategies such to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Financial Management: Preparing and monitoring annual budgets, managing expenses to ensure profitability, and overseeing financial reporting.
  • Staffing & Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring employees, as well as conducting performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensuring the company adheres to local and national laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to coordinate procurement and resolve operational issues.
  • Developing and implementing company policies
  • Supervising and training employees to complete tasks according to company standards
  • Coordinating with department heads to achieve organizational goals
  • Improving work processes to increase productivity or reduce waste
  • Evaluating employee performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue or connect with new customers

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire teams, delegate tasks effectively, and manage conflicts.
