Core Responsibilities
- Daily Oversight: Managing workflow, supervising staff, and ensuring that all organizational units contribute to shared goals.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and implementing strategies such to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Financial Management: Preparing and monitoring annual budgets, managing expenses to ensure profitability, and overseeing financial reporting.
- Staffing & Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring employees, as well as conducting performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensuring the company adheres to local and national laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to coordinate procurement and resolve operational issues.
- Developing and implementing company policies
- Supervising and training employees to complete tasks according to company standards
- Coordinating with department heads to achieve organizational goals
- Improving work processes to increase productivity or reduce waste
- Evaluating employee performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue or connect with new customers
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire teams, delegate tasks effectively, and manage conflicts.
