Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations within our service-based organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large teams, streamlining operational processes, and handling administrative functions to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end daily operations across multiple departments or locations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a large team to achieve performance and service targets
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
- Ensure high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Handle administrative responsibilities including reporting, documentation, scheduling, and coordination
- Analyze operational performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with senior management to align operations with business goals
- Manage workforce planning, training, and performance evaluations
- Control operational costs while maintaining service excellence
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management within the service industry
- Proven experience managing large teams effectively
- Strong background in administration and operational coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in operational reporting and basic office systems/tools
