Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across showroom and service departments

Improve operational efficiency and performance

Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports

Coordinate between Sales, Service, HR, and Finance

Ensure high customer satisfaction standards

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

5+ years of experience in operations management

Automotive industry experience is preferred

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multi-branch operations

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
