Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and compliance with company policies. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing resources, improving operational processes, and supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
  • Plan and manage budgets, resources, and operational costs
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards
  • Lead, supervise, and support operations staff and team leaders
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with HR, finance, procurement, and other departments
  • Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and manage risks
  • Ensure timely delivery of products/services to meet customer expectations

  • Good knowledge of operational planning and process optimization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operations management tools
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of English is preferred
  • Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of relevant operations experience
  • Experience in managing teams and cross-functional coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Experience with ERP systems, KPI tracking, and compliance audits

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • May require extended hours depending on operational needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
