Operations Manager
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the company’s daily operations efficiently, ensuring high performance and quality standards, and continuously improving operational processes to support the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and improve operational procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare operational plans and ensure their execution in line with the company’s strategy.
- Manage, guide, and evaluate the performance of operational teams.
- Coordinate with other departments (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.) to ensure operational alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage operational budgets and control costs.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of (5) years of experience in operations management or a related role.
- Proven experience in process improvement and performance management.
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
