Position Title: Operations Manager
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT)
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our daily operational and administrative functions. This role is central to driving operational efficiency, strengthening accountability, optimizing costs, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and confident in managing people, systems, and third-party relationships. You will work closely with senior leadership to build scalable systems that support long-term, sustainable growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities
  • Ensure effective coordination across departments and support functions
  • Establish and maintain operational controls, approval workflows, and accountability mechanisms
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and supervise administrative and support staff
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance standards
  • Track attendance, productivity, and task completion
  • Address performance issues through structured, data-driven reporting

Vendor & Procurement Oversight

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and service providers
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing
  • Maintain an approved vendor database and proper contract records
  • Monitor procurement activities to control spending and prevent unauthorized purchases

SOP Development & Compliance

  • Develop, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes
  • Maintain organized records and ensure audit readiness

Reporting & Executive Support

  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports
  • Monitor KPIs related to cost control, efficiency, and team productivity
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or business management
  • Strong vendor negotiation and cost control expertise
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and enforcing accountability
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and operational documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced or service-driven organizations
  • Background in procurement, finance operations, or process improvement
  • Proven track record of building SOPs and operational systems from scratch
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in an Operations Manager role (preferred)
