One of the organization is looking for Operations Manager

Industry: Amusement Sector (Retail Sector Mandatory Experience Required)

Location: Lahore

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in Retail Operations

Salary: 180k-200k

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations across entity
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, shrinkage, and inventory control
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency
• Lead, train, and manage store managers and operational staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain high standards of customer service and brand image
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple retail outlets
• Strong understanding of customer behavior in retail environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
