Role Objective
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments (Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Product). The role focuses on improving efficiency, scalability, and performance to support Imploy’s rapid growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Operational Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Translate business goals into actionable processes and workflows.

Monitor and improve operational KPIs across departments.
2. Process Optimization & Automation
-
Analyze current workflows and identify inefficiencies.

Design and implement scalable processes, especially in sales, onboarding, and customer success.

Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a central point between Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Ensure smooth handover between lead generation, sales conversion, and client onboarding.

Align teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Performance Management & Reporting
-
Establish and track KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, onboarding time, etc.).

Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.

Use data insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
5. Team Management & Development

Lead and support operations team members.

Build SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and internal documentation.

Train teams on best practices and tools.
6. Customer & Partner Experience

Ensure a seamless experience for clients and partners throughout their journey.

Work on improving onboarding, support processes, and retention strategies.

Collaborate with Customer Success to resolve operational bottlenecks.
7. Scaling & Expansion Support

Support expansion into new markets (Egypt, KSA, UAE) from an operational standpoint.

Build infrastructure that supports high-volume growth.

Ensure operational readiness for new products or features.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
-
4–7 years of experience in Operations, preferably within
SaaS, HR-Tech, or startups
.

Proven experience in building and optimizing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working closely with Sales or Growth teams is a strong plus.
