Key responsibilities

• Measure the effectiveness and timeliness of documentation
• Analyse learning progression , feedback of learners
• Create approved assessment
• Observe the class to ensure quality
• Measure the effectiveness of the processes for creating, distributing and storing certificates within the institute
• Collect documents from learners (assessment, registration form)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably 1 year, Fresh graduates are acceptable
• Has to be professional in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
