Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement.
- Anticipates and tracks operational performance and providing strategic solutions.
- Manages day to day business within the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor relationships, and risk management.
- Works with company marketing efforts to help meet new business growth goals.
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project reporting and delivering a consistent level of customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Works closely with our back end administrative efforts on budgets, payroll, talent acquisition and Human Resource support.
- Report and consistently exceed weekly and monthly measurable performance metrics.
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale and uphold company values.
- Collaborates with transitions and onboarding team as needed.
- Resolve issues of multiple complexity and escalate to appropriate level when required.
- Assesses a variety of situations and provide clarity to team
- Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients and external vendors.
- Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
- Supports training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
- Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
Operations Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction and delivery of provided services with professionalism and integrity.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
- Analyzing training needs/requirements in a manner that provides an environment of teamwork and safety
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities and individual site and territory operational execution
- Ability to communicate with others effectively and within the fabric of a team setting
- Good decision-making skills and has a culture of quick response to high-pressure situations
Education, Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in program management, business or public administration.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent overall management experience in providing facilities, vendor or property management support
- Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
