Position: Operations Manager

Location: Qatar

Industry: Steel Structure Fabrication / Steel Manufacturing

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in steel structure fabrication factories / steel manufacturing industries.

Strong experience in factory operations management and production control.

Proven ability in production planning, project execution, and timely project delivery.

Experience managing fabrication workshops, production teams, and daily operations.

Good knowledge of steel fabrication processes, workshop activities, and quality control requirements.

Strong understanding of HSE standards and compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage overall steel fabrication factory operations.

Plan and monitor production activities to meet project deadlines.

Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and project teams.

Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are maintained.

Manage manpower, resources, and workflow efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement in fabrication and manufacturing processes.
