Operations Manager (aluminum and façade works)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Aluminum & Façade to oversee and manage all operational activities related to façade and aluminum projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple aluminum and façade projects from planning to handover
• Oversee project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality targets are achieved
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and production departments
• Monitor fabrication and installation progress
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards
• Manage resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment
• Review cost reports and control operational expenditures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects
• Proven experience managing large-scale façade and curtain wall projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of fabrication and site installation processes
• Strong commercial and cost control knowledge
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Qatar experience is mandatory
