We are looking for a highly skilled and guest-focused Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, a strong sense of leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, optimizing operations, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Implement and maintain company operational standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and improve food quality, service standards, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L performance for each outlet.
Ensure proper inventory management, purchasing, and waste reduction practices.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development plans.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Promote a guest-first culture and deliver personalized service across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand and local marketing initiatives.
Support the development and rollout of new concepts, menu innovations, and service enhancements.
Ensure adherence to UAE health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant or Operations Manager in upper-casual or fine dining environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of restaurant financials, operations, and cost control.
Hands-on approach with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Fluency in English & Arabic
Previous UAE experience preferred.
