Operations Manager – Auto Spare Parts Store

Location: Sajaa Sharjah

Reports To: General Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage an auto spare parts sales operation. The Operations Manager will oversee daily store operations and lead a team consisting of a Store Keeper and Auto Spare Parts Advisors and manage Sales to Service operations , delivery operation , achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction and fast response times.

The role reports directly to the GM and requires strong leadership in term of sales, and inventory management, stock keeping skills, forecasting and purchasing stocks to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets plus business growth.

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in the same managerial position within an auto spare parts store is A MUST and more of 4 years in auto spare parts industry.

Strong knowledge of auto spare parts and store operations

Proven ability to manage staff and improve sales performance

Good organizational and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the Store Keeper and Auto Spare Parts Advisors

Monitor and evaluate advisors’ performance and productivity

Handle purchasing of goods and ensure availability of fast-moving items

Manage and control stock, including regular stock updates

Update and report daily and monthly sales

Promote sales and implement strategies to increase revenue

Ensure proper store organization, cleanliness, and overall management

Promote high levels of customer satisfaction

Take full responsibility for store operations and team performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
