Position: Operations Manager (FEMALE )

Location: Kuwait City – Central Kitchen (On-Site)
Salary: KD 650 – 700/month
Gender: Preferably Female
Visa ; 18 Normal only

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Operations Manager to oversee daily kitchen and operational activities. The ideal candidate will manage a small team (4–6 members), handle inventory, coordinate GCC shipments, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and support e-commerce operations — all while maintaining compliance with GCC food safety standards.

This role reports directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise a team of 4–6 staff
• Handle inventory control, stock planning, and procurement coordination
• Manage order fulfillment and dispatch processes
• Coordinate GCC shipments and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee e-commerce operations (Shopify or similar platforms)
• Prepare reports and track operational performance
• Support sales and business growth initiatives

Key Requirements

✅ 3–4 years of experience in operations (F&B or e-commerce preferred)
✅ Bilingual: Arabic & English (mandatory)
✅ Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Knowledge of GCC logistics and compliance is an advantage
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Pay: KD650.000 - KD700.000 per month
