On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Operations Manager who is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the coffee chain, ensuring operational excellence, consistency of brand standards, profitability, and people development. The role focuses on SOP development and implementation, succession planning, training & coaching of store teams, and full P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.

Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, food safety, quality control, and customer service.

Conduct regular operational audits and corrective action plans.

Drive efficiency, cost control, and productivity improvements across stores.

Design and implement succession planning for key operational and store leadership roles.

Identify high-potential employees and create structured development plans.

Build a strong internal pipeline for Store Managers, Area Managers, and key support roles.

Lead the development and execution of training programs for baristas, supervisors, and store managers.

Ensure consistent onboarding, skills training, and leadership development across the chain.

Coach store leadership teams to improve performance, engagement, and accountability.

Own and manage P&L performance at store and cluster level.

Monitor sales, COGS, labor costs, and operating expenses to achieve profitability targets.

Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions to improve margins and revenue growth.

Work closely with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Drive same-store sales growth through operational improvements and customer experience initiatives.

Support new store openings, including staffing, training, SOP implementation, and launch readiness.

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and HR to support business objectives.
Key Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management within a coffee chain

Strong hands-on experience in SOP creation, rollout, and compliance.

Proven track record in succession planning, training, and coaching multi-unit teams.

Solid experience managing P&L and driving profitability.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to be hands-on and present across multiple store locations.
