Operations Manager / Delivery Supervisor – Delivery Company

We’re starting a new delivery company that will work with big platforms like Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, and Keeta — and we’re looking for a smart, experienced Operations Manager / Supervisor to take charge of everything from setup to daily operations.

What You’ll Do

Set up and run daily delivery operations.

Register and connect the company with platforms (Talabat, Careem, etc.).

Recruit, train, and manage drivers

Handle driver schedules, performance, and payments.

Manage company vehicles, Motorcycles, fuel, and maintenance.

Communicate directly with partner platforms and fix operational issues fast.

Track deliveries, monitor KPIs, and make weekly reports.

Plan and grow the business — hire more riders, expand routes, and improve service.

Make sure all operations follow Kuwait’s legal and safety rules.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in delivery or logistics management (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc. is a big plus).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Can manage operations from A to Z with minimal supervision.

Good with Excel / Google Sheets / Delivery tracking apps.

Must be based in Kuwait with valid residency/transferable visa.
