Our mission is simple: make dream weddings easy to plan, delightful to experience, and stress-free to deliver.At Meragi, you’ll be part of a young, driven, and design-focused team working across different verticals that’s reshaping a $50B industry—one celebration at a time.As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of events from conception to completion. You will lead and inspire a team of event professionals, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that every event meets and exceeds our high standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of events, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and managed effectively.
  • Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyse the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide escalation and resolution support for any event execution issues in the region.
  • Attend selected in-person and digital events to ensure we maintain the quality and standards required.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
