We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager or F&B Manager to join our team. This is a senior leadership position focused on driving service excellence, team performance, and operational efficiency — all while working just 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue(s), including front and back-of-house.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service and operational goals.
• Maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the executive team on budgeting, staffing, and supplier relationships.
• Streamline processes to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience as an operations Manager or F&B Manager (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on management style with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and stay calm under pressure.
