Operations Manager (Female)

Role Purpose

Run daily operations, improve processes, and keep teams on target with clear SOPs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily operations and staff rosters
• Monitor SLAs, quality, and turnaround times
• Drive process improvements and cost control
• Coordinate across customer service, sales, HR, and finance
• Oversee facility, vendor, and inventory management
• Track data in Excel or dashboards and share weekly reports
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance, safety, and basic audits

Requirements

• Master’s degree required
• 5+ years in operations or administration with team leadership
• Strong planning, follow up, and problem solving
• Solid Excel and documentation skills
• Comfortable in fast paced environments

Preferred

• MBA or certifications such as PMP or Lean
• Experience in healthcare, education, hospitality, or retail
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems
