Operations Manager - Forex

Decision Management Consultants is recruiting an Operations Manager - Forex for one of our clients, who is a well-known Forex Trading firm based in Dubai, UAE.

The company focuses on delivering reliable trading solutions, transparent processes, and efficient execution to support clients in navigating the foreign exchange market with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all daily business functions
• Drive performance management through data analysis, financial metrics, KPIs, and operational reporting
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to support revenue growth, operational scalability, and execution efficiency
• Oversee back-office operations, ensuring governance, compliance, accuracy, and process optimization
• Lead, manage, and develop a large, multi-functional workforce
• Establish and enforce operational policies, controls, and best-practice frameworks
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks
• Deliver regular operational performance updates and strategic insights to the Vice President
• Ensure effective resource allocation and productivity across the organization
• Maintain operational stability and leadership presence during periods of increased business pressure or organizational change

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in financial services, banking, or forex environments
• Proven track record of managing large teams within complex, fast-paced organizations
• Strong financial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience supporting sales-led or revenue-focused business models
