Operations Manager Position Overview

At Limited Edition Vacation Homes, we specialise in providing our guests with unique and exclusive holiday home experiences.

Position: Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations by coordinating activities across all key departments, including Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Communication, and External Vendors. Your leadership will be vital in fostering team empowerment, optimising processes, and upholding our standards of operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of all core departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient coordination among Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Communication, and partner vendors.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve operational issues promptly, minimising any disruption to guests.
  • Address guest complaints and escalations with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
  • Guarantee that every property is fully compliant with our brand standards prior to each guest’s arrival.
  • Carry out both scheduled and random property inspections to verify readiness and quality compliance.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational consistency.
  • Ensure all UAE regulatory requirements are met, including DTCM and Sakani guest registration protocols.
  • Update and review operational checklists, inspection forms, and training documents as needed.
  • Analyse guest feedback and operational data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Manager to review and approve vendor payments and operational quotes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of managerial experience in Operations, Guest Relations, Front Office, or holiday home operations within the UAE.
  • Thorough understanding of operational functions such as housekeeping, maintenance, and property preparedness.
  • Experience with property and task management platforms like Guesty and Breezeway is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sakani and DTCM guest registration systems is considered an asset.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
