We’re seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in the middle of the action. You’ll be the link between leadership, dispatch, drivers, and clients—making sure every shipment moves on time, every time.

You’ll be solving real-time challenges, coaching a small team, and building systems that make operations seamless and scalable. If you love turning complexity into smooth, repeatable processes, this role is for you.

You’ll Shine Here If You:

• Have 3–6 years in logistics, transportation, or operations management
• Know dispatch, routing, and load planning inside and out
• Stay calm under pressure and solve problems decisively
• Can coach, motivate, and lead a team
• Enjoy working with data and tech tools to drive efficiency
• Can analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction
• Can ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Track record of implementing process improvements and KPIs
• Strong communication skills with both frontline staff and executive leadership
• Comfortable with technology tools (TMS, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
