We are committed to innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service. As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and streamline our end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all operational aspects of kitchen design, manufacturing, procurement, and installation.

* Lead and coordinate between design, sales, production, and on-site teams.

* Ensure timely delivery of kitchen projects within budget and quality standards.

* Develop SOPs for efficient workflow from design approval to installation.

* Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts (especially European suppliers).

* Monitor project schedules, materials, and manpower planning.

* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and safety regulations.

* Implement quality control checks at all project stages.

* Mentor and manage cross-functional operational teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Minimum 5–10 years experience in operations management, preferably in modular kitchen design or fit-outs.

* Strong understanding of kitchen workflows, ergonomics, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, etc.).

* Experience managing cross-functional teams and project timelines.

* Familiarity with Italian kitchen systems, fittings, brands.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and client expectations.

* European candidates preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
