We are looking for a Kuwaiti Operations Manager to lead and manage daily operations across a fast-growing digital platform. The ideal candidate will oversee internal teams, ensure smooth performance, and drive overall business efficiency.
This role requires someone proactive, organized, and capable of handling both team management and operational decision-making.
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hours only)
- Flexibility may be required when needed
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the platform
- Lead and supervise internal teams (customer support, sales, operations, etc.)
- Ensure smooth performance and coordinate with the tech team for any issues
- Monitor incoming orders, service requests, and ensure proper handling
- Improve operational processes and workflows for better efficiency
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Handle escalations, customer complaints, and partner issues
- Coordinate with marketing team to align campaigns with operations
- Ensure service providers are active and responsive
- Maintain high level of service quality
- Assist in onboarding new partners and growing the business
- Support management in strategic decisions and execution
Requirements
- Kuwaiti National
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and strong decision-making ability
- Previous experience in operations or tech platforms is a plus
