Hiring: Operations Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects to join our team.

Experience Required:

Minimum 14+ years of proven experience in Oil & Gas projects, specifically in:

• Insulation Works
• Industrial Painting & Coating
• Scaffolding
• Fireproofing
• Refractory Works

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project operations across multiple sites
• Manage manpower, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Drive operational excellence and timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience handling major EPC/Oil & Gas clients
• Excellent planning, reporting, and communication skills
• Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar
• Gulf experience preferred
