As part of this international expansion, we are seeking an Operations Manager based in Pakistan to support our global business operations, focusing on partners in the Middle East and European regions.


About the Role

The Operations Manager will play a key role in coordinating daily operational activities across regions, supporting product UAT processes, enhancing user experience aspects, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional and client-related tasks. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple operational streams, work closely with internal teams and telco partners, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and regional stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities for projects across the Middle East and Europe.
  • Follow up with telco partners and internal teams for product UAT and operational readiness.
  • Oversee User Experience and product design aspects , ensuring quality and alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop promotional plans for new products and services.
  • Interface directly with clients , providing services, addressing concerns, and resolving service-related issues.
  • Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities to boost usage, drive revenue, and acquire new subscribers for VAS.
  • Support administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or project management roles.
  • Strong English communication skills , both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with international teams , especially in telecom or digital services, is an advantage.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Trello, JIRA , or other project management platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented , and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work across different time zones (Middle East & Europe).
