Operations Manager - Pharma Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the pharmaceutical facility, including production, packaging, inventory, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, WHO, ISO) and internal SOPs.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate with quality assurance, supply chain, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
• Plan and manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing or related pharma facilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in process optimization, production planning, and team management.
