Operations Manager – Pizza Chain

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in pizza chains or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
• Strong background in managing multiple outlets, staff, and daily operations.
• Expertise in food safety, quality standards, and customer service.
• Ability to drive sales, control costs, and meet business targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable visa.
• Immediate joiner only.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across pizza outlets.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
• Drive marketing promotions and local business growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Salary Package

• QAR 6,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
