We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our supply chain and fulfillment operations in the UAE. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic decision-making with hands-on execution, ensuring operational excellence and measurable impact on profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize warehousing, last-mile logistics, and inventory control with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.
• Drive process improvements in order fulfillment, reverse logistics, and returns management to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce losses.
• Oversee and manage 3PL partnerships, transport operations, and vendor coordination, ensuring SLA adherence and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on operational analytics and profit-driven KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve margins and reduce inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE logistics regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE with in-depth knowledge of the local logistics landscape.
• Proven track record in operations leadership, supply chain, or logistics management within the UAE.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.
• Experience in driving cost savings, efficiency improvements, and profitability-focused KPIs.
