Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Office Manager to lead daily operations, manage chauffeurs and support staff, liaise with our UK team, and ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee trip scheduling, dispatch, and service quality
• Coordinate with the UK team and handle client queries
• Maintain records, staff, and vehicle compliance
• Ensure timely trips and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 2+ years in transport/logistics/sales/chauffeuring operations
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English; proficient with MS Office and transport tools
• Must be based in ISB/RWP and willing to work on-site.
