Location: Tariq Road, Karachi – Onsite
Timings : 2 PM - 11 PM
Pay: 15,000 – 45,000 PKR / month

Salary Path

• Internship (3 Months): 15,000 PKR
• Junior (Next 3 Months): 30,000 PKR

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Operations & Marketing Coordinator to assist our COO in managing marketing campaigns, client communication, and project operations for a growing digital marketing agency.
You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams, learning how digital projects run from start to finish — with a clear growth path to Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and updates in Odoo CRM.
• Coordinate between design, content, and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
• Support the COO in marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Track and report campaign performance and progress.

Requirements

• Strong interest in digital marketing, operations, or client management.
• 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred (internship or job).
• Confident English communication (spoken & written).
• Highly organized with strong coordination skills.
• Tech-friendly and comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, etc.).
• O/A Level or equivalent educational background preferred.
