Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and files in line with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Support in managing the day-to-day activities of the department.
  • Conduct quality checks on operational processes to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of revamped credit processes across relevant functions.
  • Act as MCC coordinator along with MCC Secretary, ensuring timely and accurate recording of credit proposals/Ims, TAs etc.
  • Organize and coordinate departmental activities to ensure efficient workflows and timely task completion.
  • Drive the transition from traditional MIS reporting to predictive and forward-looking analytics models.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and develop and deliver clear, impactful presentations tailored for senior stakeholders and Management.
