What you can expect:

Ensure shipments go out within ship window by coordinating with logistics
Key liaison between IT and sales to maintain customer needs from both an operational and logistics within the system
Maintain & update Customer Master Database by working with sales & logistics
Create & maintain key reports
Utilize available analysis to identify key opportunities & risks
Assist in projecting & submitting basic shipments for key customers
Utilize SAP & BIS to pull reports
Responsible for tracking of Seasonal Stock Program and at once Stock Planning – booking, track selling, planning, reporting
Assist Planning team to help achieve department goals

Your profile:

1-3 years of retail experience
General understanding of the department store business and how to analyze the business with “retail math” (ie., VMT reports, sell through, on-hands, inventory, and margin) with room to grow
General comfort level with public speaking and conducting presentations to retail executives
Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
BS College Degree (preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising)

The expected base salary range for this position is from $70,000 - $72,000 annually. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
