Operations Specialist

We are looking for an ''Operations Specialist” for our client operating in the financial consultancy sector.


What you’ll do:

You will join the Operations Team and support a variety of office and administrative processes that ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace. You will work closely with the local Operations Manager and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (Finance, EA Team, Procurement, etc.), playing a crucial role in a fast-paced, international environment, with exposure to topics such as facilities coordination, vendor management, and office operations. You will also assist in managing key operational processes including office maintenance, facilities coordination, safe and security follow-ups, and vendor management – helping maintain efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of service quality.


You are good at:

• Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

• Coordinating office maintenance and facilities-related topics, including vendor management, service follow-ups, and issue resolution

• Maintaining accurate operational trackers, logs, and documentation to ensure process efficiency and data reliability

• Supporting procurement and vendor coordination processes, including request tracking, follow-ups, and documentation management

• Driving internal operational reporting and data consolidation through structured tracker management and proactive deadline follow-ups

• Ensuring effective coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance) and external service providers to support seamless operational execution

The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.


You bring (experience and qualifications):

• Relevant professional experience (3-4 years) in office administration, operations, or operations support within a fast-paced and international corporate environment;

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Turkish and English;

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;

• A collaborative attitude and service-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
