Vacancy: Operations Specialist / Director’s assistant
Benefits:

Gross 8000 - 10000 AED monthly salary, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
-
assisting the Director with a high number of events, ranging from business conferences to government forums.
-
supporting the Director with logistical and administrative support
-
maintaining records of all bookings e.g., venue and catering
-
managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
-
booking, invoicing and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
-
reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
-
typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
-
managing databases and filing systems
-
implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
-
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
-
collating and filing expenses
-
Invoicing and contracting
clients.
-
UAE regulatory tasks: visas, permits, health insurance, etc.
-
miscellaneous tasks to support the Director
Essential requirements:
-
excellent knowledge of written English
-
experience in the Events Sector is a plus
-
good knowledge of spoken English
-
educated to Bachelors level, this is desirable, but not essential should the applicant have the relevant experience

proven project management skills
-
strong commercial acumen
-
confident with all Microsoft Office packages
