As a CSO , you’ll be the heartbeat of our vibrant arcade, mini-golf, and bowling attractions! Your mission? To create unforgettable experiences for our guests, making every visit a joyous adventure.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome with a Smile : Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth, setting the stage for a fantastic day of fun!
• Be Their Guide : Answer questions and provide insider tips about our park’s exciting attractions, shows, and events, ensuring everyone knows where the action is.
• Resolve with Flair : Handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
• Team Up for Fun : Collaborate with fellow team members across departments to tackle any guest needs and deliver seamless experiences.
• Ticketing Wizard : Assist with ticket sales and memberships, making the purchasing process a breeze while sharing exciting promotions.
• Safety Superstar : Promote our safety policies and be the go-to person for emergency procedures, ensuring guests feel secure while they play.
• Lost & Found Hero : Help guests recover lost items, guiding them through our process with care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates and under graduates are encouraged to apply!).
• A passion for customer service, especially in hospitality or entertainment settings.
• Exceptional communication skills that can light up a room.
• A friendly, approachable personality that makes guests feel at home.
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and those exciting late-night events!

Working Conditions

• Six days a week, rotational shifts.
