Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise carpentry & delivery staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Handle attendance, discipline, and staff behavior issues.
• Ensure carpentry work quality, provide training and support as needed.
• Coordinate with drivers & helpers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Resolve daily operational problems (staff absences, urgent deliveries, customer issues).
• Conduct quality checks at delivery sites and guide the team.
• Maintain vehicles and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Report directly to management with updates on team performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of carpentry experience (furniture assembly or on-site work).
• Valid UAE driving license (LIGHT VEHICLE MANUAL Truck license strongly preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience in carpentry or transport/logistics.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in Hindi/Urdu + basic English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of UAE routes and delivery procedures.
• Flexible to work both on-site with the team and in office for coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
