Job Description
Daily operational management for appointing staff to locations.
Accountability of staff.
People Management – Managing our groups and clients
Maintaining staff attendance
Manage and Coordinate Team at the client’s site
Coordinating with client and our team to ensure that end result is achieved with success.
Have good inter personal skills
Must be flexible within the team
Setting confirming appointments
Managing Staff documents and details.
Managing Office Errands
Skills and Experience required:
Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
Must have knowledge of Technical Services.
Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
Excellent communication skills.
Good phone manners
Excellent team player
Availability and Flexibility for all working shifts if needed.
