Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Mahir Company is a marketplace that provides a variety of home services to customers. We are looking to hire a growth-oriented Operations Supervisor with a startup mindset who can oversee and improve our daily operations. The role involves managing the dispatch team and customer support team, ensuring smooth service delivery, timely order dispatch, and excellent customer experience while continuously improving operational processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the dispatch and customer support teams.
  • Ensure all customer service requests are assigned and dispatched to service providers on time.
  • Monitor service progress and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve operational challenges.
  • Coordinate between customers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track operational performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Support the company’s growth by optimizing workflows and scaling operations.
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and service standards.
  • Ensure company policies and service quality standards are followed.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, dispatch management, customer support, or service operations.
  • Experience in marketplace platforms, logistics, or home services operations is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
