Operations Supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in leading a team or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of courier, cargo, delivery, and assembly operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational ability.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with tracking systems and relevant software applications.

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to manage and oversee operations effectively.
  • Solid geographical knowledge of the assigned area of responsibility.

  • Demonstarted analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues thoroughly, identify root causes, and implement effective corective actions.
