- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in leading a team or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of courier, cargo, delivery, and assembly operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational ability.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with tracking systems and relevant software applications.
