Operations Supervisor (Pest Control)

The role is responsible for supervising daily pest control operations, ensuring effective implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs, and maintaining compliance with ISO Integrated Management System standards. It involves managing technicians, coordinating resources, monitoring service quality, handling client concerns, and ensuring safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements are met. The position also oversees reporting, inventory control, staff training, and continuous improvement of operational processes to achieve efficient, high-quality pest management services.

Responsibilities

• Leads pest control operations using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for long-term prevention
• Supervises daily schedules and performance of pest control technicians
• Prepares reports (trend analysis, inspections, chemical inventory, documentation)
• Ensures compliance with ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and company standards
• Manages chemicals, equipment, vehicles, and operational resources
• Coordinates with management and quality teams to resolve pest issues and complaints
• Investigates customer complaints and ensures corrective/preventive actions
• Monitors operational costs, material usage, and inventory (fuel, chemicals, tools)
• Ensures staff safety, hygiene, and adherence to service quality standards
• Handles client coordination, audits, and compliance with food safety and safety regulations
• Manages staff performance, training, discipline, scheduling, and appraisals
• Drives process improvements, attends system review meetings, and supports continuous development

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Entomology, Biology, Pest Management, Natural Science or attain College Level with broad experience in pest management.
• With licensed as pest control worker/provider.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (specifically MS Excel, PowerPoints, and MS Word)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
