We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable taking ownership of diverse tasks across departments. You will coordinate projects, monitor performance metrics, and help improve internal processes — ensuring the team stays organised, efficient, and aligned.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and stepping in wherever needed to keep operations moving seamlessly.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support daily operational and HR activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, meeting notes, and process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Streamline workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR standards, and data protection requirements.
  • Take initiative and contribute beyond core responsibilities to support the wider team’s success.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, accountability, and a proactive approach in all assigned duties.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative, operational, HR, or coordination roles.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced English communication skills (C2 level required), both written and spoken.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive approach to keeping teams aligned, following up on pending tasks, and ensuring progress across departments.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
  • Reliable and honest, maintaining high levels of integrity and accountability in all interactions.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Team-oriented with the confidence to work independently and take initiative across departments.
