Job Purpose:
-
Responsible for KPIs visibility. Analysis of gaps & suggesting/implementing improvement plans & coordination with MS vendor for SLA compliance
Job Responsibilities:
-
Support the regional team for tracking, and reporting field operation progress.
-
Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
-
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
-
Ensure compliance with project governance processes, standards, and templates.
-
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for project coordination.
-
Coordinate with MS vendor team to ensure all reports are timely provided.
-
Vendor monthly performance and compliance evaluation at sub regional level
-
Coordination with MS vendor for Targets related to customer complaints related to TATS and CPM
-
Reporting to HQ for all regional projects and their progress.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Telecommunication or a related field
Work Experience:
-
At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
