Operations Support Coordinator

Position: Operations Support Coordinator

Location: Quetta

Reporting to: Regional Manager Access Operations

Job Type: Contractual


Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for KPIs visibility. Analysis of gaps & suggesting/implementing improvement plans & coordination with MS vendor for SLA compliance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the regional team for tracking, and reporting field operation progress.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance processes, standards, and templates.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for project coordination.
  • Coordinate with MS vendor team to ensure all reports are timely provided.
  • Vendor monthly performance and compliance evaluation at sub regional level
  • Coordination with MS vendor for Targets related to customer complaints related to TATS and CPM
  • Reporting to HQ for all regional projects and their progress.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Telecommunication or a related field

Work Experience:

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
