The menu is designed to satisfy — featuring comforting, flavor-packed bowls, salads, handhelds, rotisserie chicken, and pizzas, all made without refined sugars or processed ingredients. It’s clean food, with zero compromise on flavor. Goop kitchen currently has nine locations in Northern California and is actively expanding.

Position Overview: The Operations Support Manager, Northern California will support the Market operations goals and objectives. This position will be an extension of the Market leaders and will work with locations and the leadership team to implement and execute routines, initiatives and action plans to drive sales, quality profit and growth.

Key Responsibilities

New Restaurant Openings

  • Support recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Working with LRM team to compile a quality VIP/FF list for all new openings
  • Support the NRO Director and Training manager with NRO checklist
  • Support training and opening weeks were needed

New Menu Launches

  • Support quarterly seasonal new menu launches with training and certification
  • Support Ops services team
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to address roadblocks and keep projects on schedule.

Office Catering and Catering

  • Support Market goals for all 3PD catering partners (Sharebite, Fooda, Forkable) and working with restaurants for training and optimization
  • Support Ops services team with any launches around catering
  • Work with Field Marketing Manager to canvass for B2B and catering contacts
  • Work with restaurant teams for 1PD Catering launch, training and execution
  • Operations Support
  • Support Market operations with guest experience
  • Support HR with compliance - food safety, food handlers, harassment, etc
  • Support Ops services with initiatives and launches
  • Support any local initiatives, events and operational meetings
  • Support Training efforts with CDC and Shift Lead development
Requirements:

Qualifications:

2–4 years of restaurant leadership experience,

Proven track record of development and training of team members

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for clean, chef-driven food and wellness.
